What Residents Are Growing

Residents are growing Green Onion, Kale, Parsley, Spinach, Swiss Chard, and Thyme. These crops were featured in the latest Living Food™ Group Grow and give residents practical ways to grow, harvest, and use fresh food at home.

Why This Matters to the Property

Living Food™ gives residents at CityHouse Ashburn Station a simple, hands-on way to connect around fresh food. Group Grows can support resident engagement, wellness programming, food education, and year-round community activities without requiring outdoor garden space.

For property managers, the program creates a visible resident amenity that can be repeated throughout the year. Each event can also create measurable participation data, photos, growing activity, and follow-up opportunities that help show how residents are using the program.

Next Opportunity

Keep the momentum growing at CityHouse Ashburn Station. A future Group Grow can build on the latest event with another hands-on fresh-food experience, new seedlings, seasonal crops, and more opportunities for residents to participate.
